In today’s market, not every REALTOR(R) is the same. Team Davis likes to set the mark high with our standards of how we assist our clients. Most agents definition of a  featured home is put it in MLS and their website and wait for other agents to call and schedule a showing.

We actively market your home with our digital photography, drone photos and video, as well as a custom interior video tour. We actually will do a walkthrough video of your home so when potential buyers see your home online they already have a feel for how the home is laid out.

We see so many times agents use either the standard MLS ” Virtual Tour” which is nothing more than first five images in the MLS Listing and that’s their Virtual Tour.

MLS allows 50 featured photos, so we do our best to have as many images possible of your home. And they are not taken with a phone. We have invested in state of the art camera, drone and equipment to showcase your home the way it supposed to.
