- You cannot change your past, but you can reshape your future.Focus on what you can control on a daily basis and make the best of every minute moving forward.
- Positive thoughts cultivate positive results.Positive thinking means you look for solutions and expect to find them. You don’t ignore problems but actively look for ways to solve them. You take responsibility for your life consistently because you understand you control how your life progresses.
- No one can steal your joy unless you allow them. This is a tough one, but one of the most important. There will always be people who want to rob you of your joy because they don’t have it. You do not need to be accepted by others. You just need to accept yourself.
This week, take it one day at a time. That’s the magic.
